Reading libavcodec/mpeg12.c, I realize that it must have worked at least at some
point (as with software decoding), so I will revert this part in any case.
I would still need somebody to test 
http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/V-codecs/ATI-VCR12/ATI/VCR2test.avi with xvmc with
this patch reverted, that would help my upcoming FFmpeg bug-report.
