Hmm.
What exactly are the consequences of that?
I find it hard to imaging someone at NVidia thinking "I want
to see tears in our user's eyes! Lets make the default background
some horrible color!".
Is there a chance VDPAU might be using some real overlay?
In which case the video would now shine through anything black
on top of it, and something like {1, 2, 3} that looks (almost)
the same would be a better choice...
