No.  I'm saying that there is a tradeoff here and that while the
tradeoff may be suitable for you, it is not suitable for me.

Also, this is not about basic software development strategies at all.
There is a subtle bug/interaction in the build system, which triggered
this issue.  No processes are in need of fixing, the build system is.
I will attend this issue soon enough.
