That isn't what I meant (your cut of my message points into the wrong
direction). There's nothing wrong with ffmpeg. It's that ffmpeg only uses #if
for the HAVE_ definitions whereas MPlayer uses both #if and #ifdef, and
unfortunately defines them both #define / #undef and #define HAVE_ 1 /
#define HAVE_ 0.

A MPlayer, built under Wine (see DOCS/tech/crosscompile.txt). Reimar already
explained why this makes sense (although sounding senseless).
