[MPlayer-cygwin] X shared memory extension

On linux gmplayer passes the window id of the gui video window to the vos
and the vos reuse this window. You see two windows, because
vo directx does not support this window reusing and I doubt it is possible
to add support for using the X windows from within vo directx.
