[MPlayer-cygwin] libtheora / mplayer build guide

Right, as I said I would a while back, I've been working on a build guide
for mplayer..

I was just wondering if anyone has managed to get libtheora to compile
properly under cygwin?

If so, which version, and what did you do? :-)

I already had a problem with vorbis-tools, though that's not strictly
necessary....

(I'm trying to get the most complete build possible)


I apologise if there's info missing here, my brain ain't working too well..
