[MPlayer-cygwin] compile the libs on mingw

Hi,
I uploaded a new version of my libs pack for MinGW to incoming
(mpl_mingw32.tar.bz2), can you move it someplace where it is
publicly accessible, Sascha?
It contains most of the things that are in the last howto, except
for the ogg, vorbis (internal tremor should do the job),
xvid (don't have it around) and live.com (lots of incompatible changes) libs.
Btw.: Maybe consider suggesting to download a CVS snapshot in the howto, that
should be easier than using cvs and including libavcodec+libavformat...
