[Mplayer-dev-eng] compile problem in cvs

fixed.

and now finally i've removed old libavcodec from mplayer cvs
(actually only moved, it's still there but not in mplayer tree)

you should use libavcodec from FFmpeg CVS, it's up-to-date now.
(and has many bugs fixed and new features like MJpeg decoding)
