[Mplayer-dev-eng] maybe found problem for crashing VCR2 codec (and possibly others)

Hi,

when crawling through the virtual dub changelog, I came across this, maybe 
it's valuable for us, too:

   * Added workaround for codecs that crash on zero byte
     frames (ASV1, VCR2).
