[Mplayer-dev-eng] code freeze delayed

Hi,

I think we should delay the code freeze (it was planned today).
There are still bugs and unresolved problems. I want to fix
AVI/ASF sync this weekend. X11-related outputs should be fixed too.
We need an option to disable DSP_RESET ioctl, and some workaround code.
