[Mplayer-dev-eng] the Debian packaging

There's a few issues with the Debian packaging in the latest version
of Mplayer (0.17a).  First, it puts two man pages in the package
which conflict with the 'fbset' package in Debian.  Namely, fb.modes.5
and fbset.8.  These two man pages should not be included in the mplayer
package, every time I compile it I have to manually remove them from
the source tree.  Secondly, the debian/changelog should be updated
to reflect the new version.

Good work on the player, I like it a lot, I'm hoping there will be a version
ready to go into Debian soon.
