I don't think there's much need for this. Since the X11 driver nowadays is
about as fast as DGA there is not so much need anymore for DGA - for
slower machines it's interesting since it allows switching back from 32 bpp
to 15 bpp saving a lot of bandwidth when copying. BUT if you need it for this,
you've no more power left for scaling .. ;-(
