[MPlayer-dev-eng] French Translation

Hi all there,
	I've posted the french translation for mplayer in incoming.
	remarks/flames/insults should be return to me in private
	
	As firebird at chez.com has already done it (sorry), I've copied it to
help-mp-fr.h2 (instead of help_mp-fr.h).
	
	I think we would cross check our translations and make a join for the
next versions.(What do you think about that firebird?)
