i've changed both vo_x11 to scale xinc by 16 too, and
removed *=256 from swscale.c

horiz/vert lines disappeared, the picture is perfect now!

but i have strange green and other colour at right, and sometimes at left
too.

playing 352x240 mpeg1 (both libmpeg2 and -vc ffmpeg12) results about
4 pixel wide flashing green band at the right. (P3, 1024x768x32bpp)

playing 356x240 divx with -vc ffdivx, got bad X scaling - i see about 16
pixels of unrestricted MC area of the image. it seems to xinc is rounded
somewhere and it results these problems.

enabling postprocessing for the above divx it's even worse.
