[MPlayer-dev-eng] i18n - suggestion

Hi,
I have travelled trought the net and looked how other projects are
translated - may I suggest to switch way how mplayer is localized? From
header files to gettext -> it's more flexible (language changing "on the
fly", not at compile time, tools as dictionaries for translation ...) look
at http://www.gnu.org/manual/gettext/index.html.
