[MPlayer-dev-eng] [Patch] Subtitles colors problem.

Hi All!

  Is my patch acceptable? Will somebody commit it to CVS?
  If yes I will add more to it, I was playing with:

1) Do the palette calculation only when it really changes, as LR suggested. For the streams I tested it means this is computed only
once.
2) I added an heuristic to determine which is the color used for the border. As a result the subtitles are always white with a dark
border for the streams I tested.
