[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix for ao_alsa9 and surround

OK, I think I found why the alsa9 driver was breaking surround sound.
ALSA returns the buffer size in _frames_, not bytes, so multiplying by
bytes_per_sample is needed.

-ao alsa9:surround51 -channels 6 and -ao alsa9:surround40 -channels 4
work fine with this now on my Audigy, EXCEPT that (at least in 5.1 mode)
whenever you seek in the file, the channel mappings seem to get messed
up (eg center in left speaker etc). I'm not sure whether this is an ALSA
bug or some other weirdness going on.
