[MPlayer-dev-eng] VIDIX and swscaler support for vo_svga.c

Hello,
The attached file is a vo_svga driver with support for VIDIX and
swscaler. The code is mostly taken from vo_vesa.c.
There seem to be a problem with vidix (on matrox G450) and doublescan
modes - the image is dispayed at half height. This can be solved by the
vidix driver recognising such modes and setting the registers
accordingly, or the application (vo_svga, in this case) doubling the
height reported to vidix. I think the former is preferable, since vidix
is closer to the hardware details.
