[MPlayer-dev-eng] gtk2 port of the gui

hi people,

just saw on the todo list that you actually want gtk2 support, so i hacked
the makefiles to use the new include/lib paths and found out that the only
incompatible file is about.c - it uses the deprecated GtkText widget, while
gtk2 wants GtkTextBuffer + GtkTextView. anyway this was an easy one, so i'm
looking at a gtk2 enabled gmplayer at the moment... ( the dialog boxes look
better to me :)
i can mail you the modified about.c (with just a handful of lines changed),
and maybe soon a new configure option for gtk2, but i'm not a configure/make
guru, so probably someone else can do this part better.
