hi people,

here is the patch to have gtk2 gui. fixes the GtkText widget in about.c and
adds --enable-gtk2 option to the configure script. this will work only if
you also select the --enable-gui. there is no gtk2 "presence"autodetection,
just location and version checking, which is enough if you have gtk2
properly set up. otherwise (i.e. you don't have it, but you use the new
option) - it won't work. so the default "disabled" state brakes nothing and
if you know what you're doing everything will be fine.
the more important issue is that i did this with gtk 2.1.0, which doesn't
seem to prohibit deprecated functions, while the cutting edge version 2.1.3
would not like the clist and some other old widgets.
if nobody volunteers, i will continue with them, so hopefully it will build
with disabled deprecated functions sometime soon...
