to use new xvid dev-api-3 , or if you like it more xvid alpha code, i have 
hacked your vd_xvid.c and de_xvid.c, now them work with new xvid stuff like 
bframes, gmc, and qpel.

my patch till now only works with new api and does'nt owrk with stable xvid 
release due to a xvid.h incompatibility.. i can try to make it work and 
compile both with old and new  xvid.. 

if you like it plees make me know... elsewere i'll use code for my xvid  
newapi testing =)
