  * GUI event for selecting the next audio resp. video track
  * fixes audio/video channel selection
  * adds two new dlabel GUI interpolations (the current
    audio resp. video track)
  * allows detecting of the length of an avi file if index
    recreation is on [already applied]

If you claim that you list all unapplied patches, why do you demonstratively
ignore this patch? And is there any reason why you don't want to put my skin
on the download page? It definately doesn't look worse than e.g. the
aviplayer skin, and is much more functional.
