[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] EDL version 0.4

Version 0.4 of the EDL system.

Changelog from version 0.3 to 0.4:

    * Added EDL list validation during parsing.
    * EDL can be enabled or disabled through the ./configure script
(enabled by default).
    * Modified granularity of possible edits to include the sub-second
range.
    * Some minor optimizations and output statements.
    * Added code to mute and unmute the audio from EDL.
    * Re-set EDL pointer upon manual seek; EDL should now work when the
user manually seeks (search algorithm still needs to be re-implemented
as a binary search).
