Hm... I looked at mdct.c, but i assume from functions names (mdct_do_256
and *_512) that this functions operate on fixed lenght data rather than
variable lenght data like libvorbis's functions. And mdct_do_1024()
function which i need, doesn't exist in mdct.c. Reading this source, i
couldn't figure how to make such function.

I will try luck on ffmpeg :)
