[MPlayer-dev-eng] mplayer fails to link with newer binutils (decwin)

This doesn't help at all (I tried it out: make distclean ; ./configure ;
make) ... I mean it doesn't fail at anything like a locale... and it
works if I comment out the decwin stuff...
