Well, basically, I left those like they are since IMHO most of them are both, hence codec instead of just dec.  Am I wrong in this assumption, or are most of them enc/dec, but we only use dec?  Another reason, I make too many typos ;)  Should I go ahead and do it, change ALL _(no)codecmodules to _(no)decmodules instead?  Should there be 3 sections, encoders, decoders, & codecs instead of just enc/dec?  I'll wait to hear before I do it.
