ok i's working ok now (both email and web problems fixed).

feel free to test, i'll dump it (reset user & issue database) in a week,
so you may create fake users, bugs, patches etc now, for testing & learning
it. mails sent to patch at mplayerhq.hu should auto-register their sender as
new user (with no password set) and the content of the mail as a new issue.
