it seems i cannot grant access to single files, just dirs.
i can set permissions on file bases, but cvs requires to create lock files
so it needs write to the durectory, and so it allows removing all files
there...

unix should have better access control, like on novell, wiht different flags
for read,write,modify,append,create,delete,rename and not only rwx
