problem: video plays well, but it can not be repacked to divx with mencoder
	 video: cinepak, audio: pcm

  problem 1: audio is broken in output avi (plays in double speed)
  problem 2: when I use -ovc copy -oac copy then it complains about variable bitrate in input file (pcm and variable bitrate?)
  problem 3: when I use -ovc copy -ac null then video is sometimes broken

real file is 44MB long, so I upload only first 5 MB, please download full version if you need (or someone with better links do it for me ;-)
