hmm. maybe --enable-xvid=/xyz/abc/libcore.a or --xvid-path=...
and assume a default dir inside mplayer cvs, like XviD/ or xvid/

i think it doesn't matter how do we handle it, we just have to document it
so users can RTFM :)

for opendivx/postprocess: it doesn't conflicts with xvid, as xvid doesn't
have postprocessing code at all. anyway it's time to remove all opendivx
dependencies and finally remove it from mplayer tree.
Michael's postprocess code is far more superior to opendivx one...
