With the speciality that the first vorbis headers are inside the avi header
and decoded manually from there. Decoding a standard ogg vorbis stream with
the headers at beginning of ogg stream should differ a bit, but it should be
easy to do.
You should look at the sample sources that come with libogg and libvorbis to
get an idea how it works (and they also have api documentation in html form).
If you want to know more about the specifics of oggvorbis audio in avi I
could dig out the name and contact info of the author of the windows
directshow oggvorbis codec.
