[MPlayer-dev-eng] audio mixer

Hi,

I am trying to fix up the audio mixer mess in order to enable sw mixer
if no mixer dev found. I have trouble understanding the DVB stuff and
I can not compile it cause of no #include <ost/audio.h>. I have
however moved over the mixer stuff to ao_mpegpes.c (I hope this is
correct ??). I have also moved the sun stuff to ao_sun.c. Please check
the patches attached to this mail before I commit. I will rewrite
mixer.c and remove all driver dependent stuff and commit that as well
if no one minds. I will also remover the master mixer switch cause I
think it is unnecessary (please write to me and defend it's existence
if you disagree).
