[MPlayer-dev-eng] SSE support

Hi,

	With last MPlayer CVS I got:

CPU vendor name: GenuineIntel  max cpuid level: 2
CPU: Intel Celeron 2/Pentium III Tualatin (Type: 6, Stepping: 1)
extended cpuid-level: 4
Cannot test OS support for SSE, disabling to be safe.
CPUflags: Type: 6 MMX: 1 MMX2: 1 3DNow: 0 3DNow2: 0 SSE: 0 SSE2: 0
Compiled for x86 CPU with features: MMX MMX2 SSE

	So it thinks that I don't have SSE because it cannot test OS support
for SSE but I have Linux 2.4.18-pre8.
