Oh I guess I should have read the codecs.conf file a little closer. I glanced
at the source and it leads me to believe that it implements the obsolete g.723
(which is now called g.726 for some reason) instead of g.723.1 so I shall start
uploading the publications over ftp sicne they are too big to attach.
