Heh, well spotted. Here's how it currently looks:

# commands to install the package into debian/<packagename>
#$(MAKE) prefix=$(prefix)/usr install

Unless the manpage is installed in some other place I didn't look at, we
don't install a manpage at all now. Either uncomment this line:

#       dh_installmanpages      # handled by make install above

and specify the path to the manpages, or install it manually like the
binary is installed (but with different permissions of course).
