Sorry for not responding earlier, I was away in vacation and wasn't able to
check my email.
The person that sent patch for mms was Alban Bedel <albeu at free.fr>.
It was also Derek J Witt <djw at flinthills.com> that was working on
a version of mms over TCP, but nothing is completed by now and I haven't
heard from him for a while.
That all the person I remember.

What's wrong with the RTP streaming? I don't really now an easy way to test 
that without a DVB card.
I can check with the guy that made the patch if he can test.
