Arpi, can you check it? I do not currently have vp3 sample media on my laptop.
If it works dll on mphq should be replaced with the one Dan uploaded and 
comment removed from codecs.conf.

Btw. Dan, would've been nice if you also told the path on ftp, although it 
shouldn't be too hard to find out ;)
