[MPlayer-dev-eng] mplayer without video

Hello,

I made a quick try and got mplayer playing just audio very quickly. After just hacking
mplayer.c it work with asf stream and after very little hack on demux_avi it also work 
with avi (in fact just make it continue even if we don't open the video part).
This was just for information purpose, but it's very positive as many ppl want to see
it and it's not so hard to do I think (perhaps not for all demuxer, with mpeg it really 
don't work). 
Just to said that  if we really want to see it happend (do we ;·) ? ) all the new demuxer 
must be done with this in mind imho.
