it doesn't make sense, because the way windows vobsub works, it checks for 
vobsub files with same name as movie in same path, so all movies with vobsub 
(should) have them with the same name, otherwise windows vobsub wouldn't 
detect it. So we shoudl also autodetect them in the same way (and allowm 
manual selection via -vobsub) and only enable vobsub display if -vobsubid <x> 
is given (where x is the sub stream to use, in most cases 0)!
