[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] control motion estimation quality with mencoder + libavcodec

this patch allows the user to set the motion estimation method
(quality vs speed) used by libavcodec when encoding divx, etc. the
default in my patch is 3 (highest quality), which differs from the
default (2) in libavcodec, so if you don't like that you can change it
back. this should probably be moved from a global variable into the
encoder context structure in libavcodec at some point, but i didn't
want to mess with changing libavcodec yet. if there are no problems,
can someone go ahead and integrate this patch? higher quality encoding
is always good. :)
