[MPlayer-dev-eng] MP3LIB finalizing

Hello!

Currently I've converted almost all mp3 assembler's stuff to "C".
But there are dct36 algorithms which I can't convert because they never
called with my samples.
(They are old stuff which existed in mp3lib a long ago and are still
untested by me).
If someone has .mp3 (maube .mp2 or .mp1) files where these algorithms are
used please send me a little sample (don't use for that mplayer's ftp server
since I can download from that nothing).
