single pass encoding works. so maybe xvid reporst bad numbers at vbr status
stuff...
anyway, quality is still worse than divx4 with the same options :(

single pass file played better, i got just 4 lines of vop header missing,
but no internal overflows.

about decoding speed:
divx4vfw: 10.1s
xvid: 7.9s
ffodivx: 5.4s

so xvid is really faster than divx4, but still much slower than ffodivx...

nice work anyway... but far from being finished?
