Okay, I didn't look at two-pass. I normally use transcode for this
(sorry), so I had not testing script around. I'll try to find out
what's the problem. I guess it used constant quantizer 1, don't ask
me why...

Don't play a 120MB/min file. Try anything else, from DivX4 or so...
There are some internal overflows at very low quantizers (like 1), 
but that's nothing to be afraid of, they are in the reference streams as
well. Other codecs just don't printed when they appear.
