Ok, it's in CVS. It will display the bitrate for each streams. If you add all 
the max_bitrate displayed, you will get the total max_bitrate of the 
ASF_file_header_t struct. (as display when verbose is on).
I will have a look if aviplay is using that to choose the stream.
