[MPlayer-dev-eng] doesn't compile on cygwin

Report it to cagwin/gcc guys then. Btw. it might be binutils problem too, try 
upgrading them to some more recent release.

don't think it's necessary. it's compiler fault not mplayer's and there aren't 
many mplayer cygwin users out there.
