it depends on the lazyness of the docmaintainers :)
anyway you're shown at least in 'cvs log' :)

imho the authors section of teh docs should be reviewed - we should make
some policy about who and when to be included there...
imho there were >300 people sending various few-line patches, so listing all
them is a hard work - if you left someone out it's worse than no list at all

imho it's enough to list people doing some deeper work on the code, or are
active part of the development for a while. this would be still a long
list...

another question is the order of teh names - historycal (time order) or
weight of code (how important was his work) or raw size (number of lines) of
his patches?
