[MPlayer-dev-eng] smoothing in asf files

hi arpi,

i have checked new mplayer 0.94 version.

in it i have noticed that some url like 

http://streams.speedcast.com/bbc/bbc300ku.asx

http://streams.speedcast.com/arirangtv/arirangtv300ku.asx

the encoding doesnt have fps(frames per second)  or fps is less then 10. Which is not true

i have noticed that it has 20-28 fps.

it that case mplayer puts 25 frames per second but it s not smoothened. video jerks while playing.

for smoothing it, i have modified the code in libmedemux/video.c using AV_delay.

for fps is less than 10,my algorithem will work and determine the fps.

if u want i ll submit the patch. u can go trough it.
