[MPlayer-dev-eng] RealVideo and dshow audio

hy guys there is a problem with this:

and mplayer told me:
ERROR: Couldn't open required DirectShow codec: acelpdec.ax

but it is in the suitable path(/usr/lib/win32) and it is readable, and i
am using the latest cvs of mplayer and latest 0.60 win32 binaries (if i am
not wrong!)

and attached the mplayer -v scc128.rm output
