Any MS-ADPCM data may show this problem, because such data
,which be outputed by ms_adpcm.c, don't have 2 PCM sampling
data in header of each frames.

MS-ADPCM frame should have 2 PCM sample, "sample 1" and "sample 2"
in abose document.
