[MPlayer-dev-eng] Equalizer

Hi,

I have finished the equalizer (No GUI yet). Before I commit it I just
wanted to check a detail. I have created a header file that needs to
be included in what ever file that will be used to set the gain for
the different frequency bands in the equalizer. If no one objects I
will call this file "eq.h". I will commit tomorrow (Saturday) if my
hangover isn't too bad.
